Head of Growth / Growth Consultant
The vision of NoHo Services (not yet branded) is to make rental ownership a truly passive investment by bringing together technology, service, and operational scale to increase efficiency, improve economics, and create superior full-service experiences for both owners and tenants.
The team includes a mix of talent in product, engineering, real estate operations, and sales. We are NYC-based, venture-backed with the ability to grow revenue quite quickly, and anticipate reaching 20+ people by year-end.
As part of that internal & external growth, we are seeking a truly outstanding Head of Growth or Growth Consultant, with some flexibility on title depending on profile and focus. Ideally, this would be someone who has previously driven dramatic growth from an early stage, perhaps in multiple contexts.
At this point, there is a need to mix strategy with execution to prioritize segments; evaluate a wide mix of online and offline channels, inbound and outbound, sometimes without large sample sizes; learn and iterate, then scale aggressively across markets; and so forth.
A creative, analytical, and persistent problem-solver & doer will thrive. Past success scaling revenue across multiple geographic markets is a plus.
